What charges will appear on my bill?

Your bill provides an overview of your billing history, including service, data, and device charges, as well as applicable taxes, fees, and other charges. Your charges may vary based on your data selection, the devices you use, and where you live.

Below is an explanation of charges that may be included and a sample bill:

Plan: Charges for your plan based on the data you have selected. Every line has this!

Equipment: If you are financing a phone from Altice Mobile, you will see a monthly charge for the 36-month financing on the line associated with the phone.

One-Time Charges:

  • Data Top Ups are charged at the time of purchase. You will see this reflected on your bill with the date you purchased the Data Top Up, applicable charge, and a like credit listed as Pre-Payment
  • Travel Passes are charged at the time of usage. You will see this reflected on your bill with the date you purchased the pass, applicable charge, and a like credit listed as Pre-Payment

Add-On:

  • International groups will appear on a line as a monthly charge until you turn off the add-on. The first time that you add international, you will see the monthly charge pro-rated to reflect the date on which you added.

Upgrades: You will be charged an Upgrade Adjustment Charge at the time of your upgrade. You will see this reflected on your bill with the date you upgraded, and a like credit listed as Pre-Payment since you have already paid for it.
