How do I unlock my device for use with Altice Mobile?

To unlock a device you want to bring to Altice Mobile you must contact your current carrier. Generally, the phone must not be reported lost or stolen and be paid off in full with the associated account in good standing before a carrier will complete your unlock request.

Device Compatibility

Before you make a request, check to make sure your device is compatible with Altice Mobile.

For Samsung devices, only those purchased directly from Samsung, or national retailers like Best Buy or Amazon are eligible.
