I lost my phone or my phone was stolen. What do I do now?

As soon as you realize your phone is lost or stolen, message with an agent by hitting the Message Us banner on the right side of this page, so they can help you suspend your service. This will prevent anyone else from being able to use your phone. 

You can keep your service suspended until you find your phone, or decide to transfer service to a new one. While there is no restriction to how long you can keep your service suspended, please note you will not be refunded for unused services during suspension and you will continue to incur service charges during this time.
